Ancient Greek philosophy believes that breath is a bridge between the body and the mind. Modern biomedical evidence has now also shown significant psycho-physiological correlates of slow breathing. The Breathing Body, The Breathing Mind invites you to glimpse into the artist’s intimate breathing exercise as her body moves to the rhythm of her breaths and her mind transcends into a fantastical space of perpetual motion and bold imagination. Let your mind wander, dive into the unexpected, and embrace your sensorial experience as you move between the bodily space and the mind space of breathing. Let it become a meditative space for the exploration of your inner thoughts and sensations.
