Requesting Space
- Please note as of November 18, 2024, we have extremely limited availability in the spring semester of 2025.
- Requests are limited to Yale students, faculty, and staff. (Non-Yale affiliated groups are ineligible at this time.)
- Spaces that may be requested for events include Commons, the Presidents' Room, and The Well.
- A space request form is required to assess availability.
- Requests do not serve as confirmed reservations or space holds.
- Floor-by-floor maps of the building and 360-degree images of spaces can be found here.
Timing Your Request
- Due to the volume of inquiries, requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the preferred date. Please plan accordingly.
- Submitted requests are compiled on Mondays and reviewed within ten business days.
- Due to our programming process, we cannot book our venues more than five months in advance.
