An intimate space on the lower level of the Rotunda, The Well is a pub with a curved, two-level bar. The bar can be requested for private events, but they must be at least 2 hours long. There is a $1,500 minimum for food and beverage, if you're using The Well menu, and our menu is also charged on a per person basis. Please note that the space use fee has been temporarily waived, but there will be additional fees for production services and the hospitality labor.
The Well Gallery is automatically included as an additional space for events in The Well.

- Presentation-style events with required technology
- Events that require a custom room layout with the bar's furniture being removed or rearranged
- Dinners or events with a seated meal
