This week's class will be led by Emma Rosa. Emma's hip hop classes start with a brief warm up to get you moving and into some grooves that you would typically encounter in different street styles classes. You will then put that movement to practice when you're feeling yourself in some full out and fun choreography! Emma focuses the class on understanding your body, highlighting your personal strengths, and feeling unafraid to express yourself. All genders welcomed, all experience levels welcomed. Come with an open spirit and leave feeling more appreciation for who YOU are!
