Vinyasa Yoga
Join Alex Weyerhaeuser (YC '20, YSE '23) in the Good Life Center Lounge for an upbeat and grounding vinyasa yoga flow. Linking breath to movement, Alex focuses on physical alignment and presence-of-mind to build strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Students should bring flexible clothes, a water bottle, and an openness to slowing down their breath and mind for 60 minutes! Yoga mats will be provided.
