What's in your Lunch Box? A Narcissister Talk
Narcissister is an unparalleled and sui generis avatar of brown jouissance. Her live performances are legend and her guises are many. Maiden, dancer, wife, crone, Narcissister dons a mask to crack open our eyelids to the human carnival around us every day. Bring your lunch, or at least a tic tac, and dial in on Friday, April 29 to hear Narcissister dish about her career to date, how live art survived the pandemic, and what new visions she has for the future.
Sneak Peek of Narcissister’s feature film Organ Player available here (password: narcissister) The program contains mature situations and themes and is intended for mature audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
Narcissister Organ Player is a hybrid performance/documentary film that explores how ancestral data is stored in our bodies, impacting the lives we lead. On the personal level, the film investigates how the artist's complex family history compelled her to create the masked, erotic performance character Narcissister.
