I just fell in love with the work and every aspect of it. It just had these elements of delicacy with extreme power. All of this murmuring within developed into full-throated, masked-removed singing.
Julia Bullock

Over 10 years ago, soprano Julia Bullock fell in love at the Juilliard library. She was auditioning for a production of “El Niño,” a large-scale opera oratorio composed in 2000 by John Adams that retells the nativity story, so she went to the library to listen to the original score.

I think even if you don't know John Adams or even if you don't know Julia Bullock or Davóne Tines or any of the amazing musicians in the group, you are in for a wildly good treat and just, I would say, fascinating artistic experience.
