From 5pm-5:45pm get your body moving with Hatha Yoga in The Dance Studio led by Hannah Hooper, one of the dynamic instructors from Payne Whitney Gym. Take a brief walk through The Good Life Center to learn about the wellness resources available and grab a wellness kit. Then participants age 21+ mingle from 6pm-onward in The Well - complimentary lite bites and beverage provided.
